Hôtel Sable opens in Comporta

Hôtel Sable opened its doors this spring on the Alentejo coast. It is our first hotel, and our largest project to date.

Twenty-two rooms, one long table

The hotel is made of low pavilions set among the dunes. Each room has its own courtyard, and every evening the guests meet around a single table in the garden.

Made with the region

Most of the furniture, ceramics and textiles were made within a hundred kilometres of the site. We are grateful to every maker who worked with us.
